About Me
 

As the proud owner of MMR, I'm excited to welcome you into my space, where we prioritise health and fitness and challenge our bodies and minds to be the best they can be.
 

Fitness Expertise
 

With a background in competitive CrossFit and previous ownership of my own HIIT studio gym, I bring a wealth of experience in full-body functional training, focusing on weights, cardio, stretching, and toning.
 

The Birth of MMR Dynamic Pilates
 

MMR Dynamic Pilates emerged from my passion for strength training and a realization that many people have limitations that prevent them from lifting heavy weights or performing certain movements. Dynamic Reformer Pilates offers a controlled and adaptable environment with low injury risk, allowing everyone to become stronger and build lean muscle.
 

Strength Without Bulking Up
 

Through years of strength training and weight lifting, I've discovered that Dynamic Reformer Pilates helps increase strength, enhance fitness, muscle tone, balance, and flexibility without excessive muscle gain. I continue to embrace Dynamic Reformer Pilates as a vital part of my fitness routine.
